Pip Fusion Guide: How to Fuse Dice and Reach Level 6
Pip Fusion is the most kinetic mode in Super Pips: instead of solving a static grid, you're launching dice from the edges of the board and watching them slide, collide, and combine.
The goal
Launch dice from the edges into the central chamber. When a sliding die collides with another die that shows the same pip value, the two fuse together into a single die with the next value up. Chain enough fusions together and you create a level 6 pip — the win condition for the board.
How to think about your launches
- Plan collisions, not just launches. A die only fuses if it hits another die of the exact same value. Before launching, check where existing dice are sitting and aim for a matching value rather than an open lane.
- Lower-value fusions are your foundation. You can't jump straight to a level 6 pip; you need a chain of matching collisions, starting from low values, that compound upward.
- Watch the chamber geometry. Where a die comes to rest after a collision determines what it can hit next, so think one launch ahead, not just the current one.
Common early mistakes
New players often launch dice as fast as possible without checking for a matching value already in the chamber, which clutters the board with mismatched dice that block future collisions. Slow down, scan the chamber, and launch only when you can see a value match — the same "forced move" discipline that helps in Pip Cross applies here too.
Why it's great for quick sessions
Because each collision resolves instantly, Pip Fusion rewards short bursts of attention more than long deduction chains, making it one of the best modes in Super Pips for a two-minute break.

Frequently Asked Questions
How does fusing work in Pip Fusion?
When a sliding die collides with another die of the same value in the central chamber, the two dice fuse into a single die with a higher value.
What is the win condition?
Create a die showing a level 6 pip value inside the chamber to win the board.
